We run Churntide on Churntide

When a customer clicks Cancel plan in their Churntide settings, they don't get a Stripe portal link — they go through our own cancel flow, built in the same builder everyone else uses. It asks why, makes the same kind of offer we'd suggest you make, and only then schedules the cancellation at the end of the billing period. The reasons people give us feed the list above, alongside everyone else's. If our own save rate is bad, you'll see it here.

Numbers we quote, and where they come from

The industry figures on our landing page aren't ours yet — we're too new to have them. Here is exactly what we cite and who measured it.
